Each business in a commercial or industrial zoning district <br />• <br />commercial uses within the PUD district shall be allowed one <br />(1) banner n t exceeding 10 square feet in area that must be <br />affixed to the building or mounted n an existing, double post <br />pylon sign. Said banner must be maintained in an <br />aesthetically p1 using manner and may not impair visibility <br />apes -a- public right of way. Any banner not complying with <br />Garage Sale /Estate Sale Signs. <br />Off -site Signs. Garage sales and Estate Sale signs are allowed in <br />residential zoning districts provided permission from the property <br />owner has been obtained. These signs may not be located within the <br />public right -of -way. Signs up to four square feet per side are allowed <br />and no more than four (4) in number. The signs may be erected one <br />(1) day prior to the sale only, and must be removed at the end of the <br />sale. Said signs shall be maintained in an aesthetically pleasing <br />manner for the duration that they are displayed. Any sign not <br />complying with these provisions will be removed without notice. <br />C. General Provisions. <br />4. a. 1. Temporary use of portable signs, banners not meeting the provisions <br />of B.1.i., pennants, window signs in excess of that established below, <br />and similar devices shall require a permit pursuant to Section <br />903.110.F. of this ordinance. In the case of single tenant buildings, a <br />permit shall not be issued for more than thirty (30) days nor shall a <br />permit be issued within thirty (30) days from the termination date of <br />a prior permit. In no case shall permits exceed three (3) four (4) in a <br />calendar year or a total of std (60) one hundred twenty days (120) <br />days in a calendar year with no more than sixty (60) days of that <br />allocation being used for non - banner temporary signage. In the <br />case of multi- tenant properties, a permit shall not be issued for more <br />than thirty (30) days. In no case shall permits exceed three (3) four <br />j in a calendar year per tenant, or a total of sixty (6B) one hundred <br />twenty (120) days in a calendar year with no more than sixty (60) <br />days of that allocation being used for non - banner temporary <br />signage per tenant. Further, no more than two (2) tenants, or 50% of <br />the tenants at one time, may possess temporary sign permits at the <br />same time.
