City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE, <br />KNOWN AS THE ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR . <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 903.010. M. is hereby amended to add the following: <br />4. Accessory Storage Buildings to non - conforming mobile home <br />parks may be allowed by Conditional Use Permit, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />a. The storage building is an accessory use to the mobile <br />home park, and shall not be operated as a principal use <br />of property. <br />b. The storage is available only to residents of the mobile <br />home park, and is not open to non - residents. <br />c. The building must be remodeled to be consistent with the <br />underlying zoning if the mobile home park use is <br />discontinued and the storage building is retained for the <br />future use. <br />d. The building does not occupy land required for parking or <br />other uses in the park. <br />e. The addition of the storage building does not result in <br />an increase in the number of units in the mobile home <br />park. <br />f. The provisions of 903.010.T. are not applicable to a <br />conditional use permit being considered or granted under <br />Section 903.010.M.4. <br />g. If constructing a metal -sided building, the applicant <br />shall include upgraded building materials at the <br />direction of the City Council, including, but not limited <br />to, the following: <br />i. A wainscot of masonry materials at least 36 <br />inches in height on the front, and other <br />portions of the building exposed to <br />neighboring properties or public right of <br />way; <br />H. Asphalt shingled roof. <br />iii. Other materials or architectural enhancements <br />to walls, roofs, or windows and doors. <br />Section 2. <br />
