Blesener noted that the City Planner and the Planning
Commission recommended approval subject to the sign being a
monument sign rather than a pylon sign.
Tony DuBay, representing Edgewater Townoffice Park, presented
the monument sign proposal describing both the location of the sign as
well as sign elements. Resolution declared adopted.
Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider application for a
Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction and operation of a
monopole wireless communications tower and equipment shelter at
3250 Spruce Street requested by New Cingular Wireless. Blesener
noted that the City Planner and the Planning Commission recommended
approval provided that the proposed use cannot be reasonably
