As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is Tower Asphalt, Inc. The total <br />amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $397,895.23. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $19,894.76, the amount due the Contractor is $378,000.47. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the storm sewer work and partial street grading <br />on Noel Drive and utility work and street grading on approximately one half of Carla <br />Lane. We have inspected the work preformed by Tower Asphalt, Inc. and find it to be in <br />compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
