As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is Tower Asphalt, Inc. The total <br />amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $1,956,477.21. <br />Subtracting retainage of $97,823.86 and previous payments in the amount of <br />$1,769,234.61, the amount due the Contractor is $89,418.74. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the completion of the rain water gardens on <br />Carla Lane and Noel Drive, bituminous path on County Road B2, and temporary striping <br />on County Road B2. It also includes payment for Change Order Number 1. A separate <br />letter has been prepared requesting approval of the change order. We have inspected <br />the work performed by Tower Asphalt, Inc. and find it to be in compliance with the plans, <br />specifications, and contract documents.
