November 8, 2005 <br />Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Mayor,City of Little Canada <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />Attn.: City Clerk <br />Via Certified U.S. Mail <br />RE: Tower /Land Lease Agreement, dated March 8`h 1989, between City of <br />Little Canada, a Minnesota municipal corporation and Minnesota Cellular <br />Telephone Company, a Minnesota corporation (d /b /a Cellular One), k/n /a <br />New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC and as Amended by the First <br />Amendment to Tower /Land Lease Agreement, dated February 27, 2002. <br />Site Name: Little Canada, Site Number: 118304 <br />Dear Mr. Michael Fahey, <br />New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC ( "Cingular ") will be updating the technology being <br />used at this site. To accomplish this, Cingular will need to remove two (2) antennas from <br />each sector at the Site and replace these antennas with two antennas of similar shape, size <br />and weight. No other changes will be made at the site. <br />Pursuant to Section 5(b) of our Lease Agreement, we are required to have the written <br />consent of the Landlord prior to making any antenna changes on the leased premises. <br />Cingular requests that you, or the appropriate party, sign this letter below to acknowledge <br />the consent of City of Little Canada to this antenna change. Please return one of the <br />signed letters to my attention. An addressed and stamped envelope has been included for <br />your convenience. <br />Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
