As we proposed and discussed at the time of submittal of our proposed budget, the <br />enclosed Amendment decreases the monthly retainer for criminal legal services from $4,400.00 <br />per month to $4,200.00 per month. <br />Would you please review the enclosed to determine if any additions or deletions are <br />necessary. If the enclosed is acceptable, would you please submit the same to the Council for <br />their consideration at the meeting of December 14, 2005.
