Hanson <br />In preparing the Feasibility Study for 2006 Street Reconstruction and Utility Improvements, the City <br />Engineer and staff reviewed the City's current assessment rates. Based on this review, staff is <br />recommending the rates be increased by three percent (3 %). It results in the following: <br />Maximum Residential Street Rate <br />Maximum Commercial Street Rate <br />Current Proposed <br />$53.05 <br />$108.15 <br />$54.64 /per front foot <br />$111.40 /per front foot <br />
