The parcel has frontage along County Road B and is just over 2 acres <br />in size. To the west of the parcel is the Shur -gard self storage facility, zoned B- <br />W, Business Warehousing. To the east is the St. Jude Woodridge facility, zoned <br />PUD. The subject parcel is zoned B -W. <br />The permitted uses in the B -W District are as follows: <br />A. Offices, commercial and professional. <br />B. Office - warehousing, as defined in this Ordinance. <br />C. Office- showrooms, as defined in this Ordinance. <br />D. Governmental and public utility buildings and structures. <br />E. Essential services. <br />Office - Warehouse is defined as: <br />Office Warehouse. A commercial land use that is comprised of offices and other <br />indoor space in which materials and equipment are being stored for shipping to <br />other locations for eventual resale or use.
