Hanson <br />www. ci.little- canada. mn. us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Blesener & Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: November 18, 2005 <br />RE: Ramsey County JPA for Geographic Information Systems User's Group <br />Attached is a revised Joint Powers Agreement for the GIS User's group with related <br />correspondence. We joined this group in 2005 and it has proven to be a great resource. The <br />annual cost for this service was $938 in 2005, plus a one -time membership fee of $500. I would <br />anticipate a slight increase for the basis service and the possibility of some additional costs in <br />2006 if the aerial photography adds contours. This is a three -year agreement with the same <br />terms as previously existed, with the exception of the effective dates. <br />Staff would recommend approval of the Joint Powers Agreement among members of the Ramsey <br />County Geographic Information Systems Users Group as presented. <br />
