Hanson <br />www.ci.little-canacta.mn.us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Blesener and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />DATE: November 17, 2005 <br />RE: Commission Vacancies <br />As you are aware, the terms of office of the following Commissioners expire on <br />December 31, 2005. <br />Planning Commission <br />Scott Barraclough <br />Kate Socha <br />Tom Wojcik <br />Parks & Recreation Commission <br />Jim Broten <br />Craig Larson <br />All three of the above Planning Commissioners have requested reappointment. However, <br />Jim Broten and Craig Larson have informed staff that they are not seeking reappointment. <br />The City has received two letters of interest for the commission vacancies. The letter <br />received from Clara Neis, 2287 Stephani Court, was for interest to either the Planning <br />Commission or the Parks & Recreation Commission. Michael K. McGraw, 179 East <br />Little Canada Road, is seeking appointment to the Planning Commission. <br />Ms. Neis and Mr. McGraw will be interviewed next week, and a recommendation will be <br />presented to the Council for Wednesday's meeting. <br />1 <br />
