Here is a listing of some of my responsibilities: • Managed all administrative duties within the Executive Office, including the annual budgets for the department, travel, speaking engagements, written correspondence, etc. • Organized Board of Directors on -site and off -site board meetings. Within this responsibility, I researched locations at which off -site meetings were held. The planning meeting location was at a different location each year, so I had the opportunity to do my site inspections in many locations within the 48 contiguous states. Prepared mailings, agendas, etc. for the board of directors and managed the annual budget. • Managed two additional staff personnel within the department. Board of Directors — Cobblestone Village Association Since becoming a board member, the board, as a team, has worked to come to consensus on communicating the need for two special assessments to be paid by the residents; a change in who pays for the maintenance and replacement of outside decks, and most recently, the board recommended a change to our dues structure to increase our long term replacement fund. I mention this only to show my ability to work in a team environment for the betterment of the community. Other — From approximately 1970 to 1987 my husband and I owned and managed rental property, mostly in Ramsey County. Most of my life I have lived in Ramsey County: Mounds View; New Brighton, Shoreview; and now Little Canada. 3
