What public health and health safety precautions will I have in place? My studio,
like most reputable tattoo studios, will be equipped with a sterilizer - autoclave, hospital- approved
"sharps" containers and a wash sink. I am very cautious of cross - contamination and wear sterile
gloves when I tattoo my clients. All tattoo needles are single -use, deposited immediately after
use in approved sharps containers and disposed of in an approved, medically safe manner. The
tattoo tubes and ink reservoirs are replaced after each use. From a health safety point -of -view,
my studio will be a very safe place.
How will I attract my clientele? I expect a good portion of my business will come from
repeat clients and new clients referred to me by other satisfied customers. Some will hear of me
or see my work at state -level or regional conventions; I'll be at a booth with handouts and
business cards. Some clients will be walk -ins; I propose to install two tasteful illuminated
business identification signs, one over the front door and one on the rear wall of the building —
visible to traffic on County Road C -Little Canada Road. These signs will be the same size as or
smaller than the illuminated signs identifying the previous tenant, a dry cleaning establishment,
and will be mounted in approximately the same locations on the building as the previous signs.
The signs will contain two words only: Beloved Ink. I am in the process of setting up a Beloved
Ink website showcasing my work. Finally, we are considering advertising in the Roseville- Little
Canada Review, but that remains only a possibility at this point.
I am attaching letters of support. I am also attaching photographs of my work for your
information and a copy of the release /waiver form I ask each of my clients to sign.
Brandon B.
