RESTORATION
SERVICES
11/11/05
DRYTECH
Dear Sir or Madam:
It has recently been brought to my attention that my dear friend and tattoo artist Mr.
Brandon Hefron, has attempted to pursue the American Dream on owning his own
business, a tattoo shop, in your city. I would just like to take a moment to express my
opinion on Mr. Hefron and why it would be a benefit to the city to have him conducting
business.
Mr. Hefron is a well accomplished artist in the field of tattoos. His clientele consists of
people ranging from directors of credit unions, life insurance agents, business owners,
and every day people like you and me. I do realize that the appearance of a tattoo in
today's society can be negative in some settings. I would like to think of a tattoo as a
form of expression. We are aware that people of all different types get tattoos for
different reasons. The other note to be added is that if someone is getting a tattoo more
than likely they will use the surrounding businesses as well for what ever reason (grocery
stores, banks, shopping centers, etc.)
I have had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Hefron for about 15 years know. I know that he
would conduct his potential business with the up most professionalism as he does know
working for his current employer. I believe he just needs this opportunity to show you
the positive side of a successfully operated tattoo shop.
Respectful
1;
f,l
'Kevin'son
Vice ! -.
