Intrastate Mutual Aid - This allows mutual aid cooperation between jurisdictions
and follows Minnesota Chapter 12.
2. Ramsey County Mitigation Plan - This plan is used to identify target hazards
around the county and identifies a plan to deal with them. (Note: The plan is not
included in the agenda packet due to its length — 384 pages.)
3. Ramsey County Emergency Operations Plan Resolution - We need to adopt the
County's plan. This plan will replace our emergency operations plan. (Note:
The plan is not included in the agenda packet due to its length — 140 pages.)
CD's with the County's Hazard Mitigation Plan and the Emergency Operations Plan are
available at City Hall. Staff can make a copy if you would like to review it in detail. We
will also be conducting training on the new plans in November.
Please let me know if you have any questions. I would be happy to present these at a
council meeting if needed.
