Hanson <br />www.ci.little-canada.rnn.us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Blesener and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />DATE: October 21, 2005 <br />RE: Rezoning of Nadeau Park <br />As discussed at the Planning Commission meeting, two lots immediately south of 120 <br />and 128 Lake Street were omitted from the hearing notice relative to the rezoning of <br />Nadeau Park from Single - Family Residential (R -1) to Public (P). (See map attached - <br />single- hatched property is what is currently being considered for rezoning — double - <br />hatched property will come back in November meeting cycle.) These lots should have <br />been included as they are owned by the City and part of the park property. <br />City staff will process the rezoning of these two parcels as part of the November meeting <br />cycle to correct this omission. <br />
