E <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117-1633 <br />RE: NORTH STAR ESTATES STORM SHELTER <br />PAY ESTIMATE NO. 2 (FINAL) <br />Dear Council Members: <br />MINNOW! <br />Enclosed are three copies of Final Pay Estimate No.2 for Specialty Construction Services, Inc. <br />on the North Star Estates Storm Shelter project. To date the Contractor has earned <br />$122,110.00. Subtracting previous payments of $106,932.00 the amount due the Contractor is <br />$15,178.00. The project was completed at the bid price received. <br />We have inspected the work performed by Specialty Construction Services, Inc., and have <br />found it to be in compliance with the plans and specifications. Therefore, we recommend that <br />the project be finalized and the amount of $15,178.00 be paid to the Contractor. The actual <br />payment should be held until all final paperwork is received from the Contractor.
