We have prioritized the four intersections that need emergency traffic control upgrades <br />into three tiers, with the first tier being the highest priority for us. <br />Tier I <br />Rice St. & North Owasso Blvd. (Shoreview and Vadnais Heights partners) <br />Tier II <br />Little Canada Rd. & 35E West Ramp (Southbound) <br />Little Canada Rd. & 35E East Ramp (Northbound) <br />Tier III <br />Little Canada Rd. & Centerville Rd. (Southbound) <br />These tiers are intended as a guideline.
