It is my understanding that the Williams pipeline, on neighbor's
property, will have to be significantly altered in order for construction to proceed. Does this make sense? As a
neighboring property owner, do I have the right to alter utility easements on land that I do not control, in order to build my
development? The pipeline is old and there has been a break in the pipeline in the area of the proposed property. Why
are we jumping through this "hoop" in order to make this marginal development happen? I also hope that you limit the
amount of trees that are removed. This is a protected wetland and we hope that preservation is a key factor, if this
property is to be developed.
I encourage the City of Little Canada to deny permission to proceed with this development.
[ am a neighbor and taxpayer.
David Crary
2420 Sunset Court
Little Canda, MN 55117
551- 245 -5930
9/28/2005
