without Declarant's express permission, instead, it must be deposited at a place or <br />places designated by Declarant. <br />ARTICLE XIX. <br />SIGNS <br />No signs of any kind shall be displayed to the public view on any Lot <br />except as follows: <br />(a) Notwithstanding any of the provisions set forth below, all signs erected on <br />the Property shall conform to Township and County sign ordinances as <br />amended from time to time. <br />(b) Subdivision identification entrance monuments may be installed by <br />Declarant in a size which conforms to the Township and /or County <br />ordinance. Entrance and advertising signs may be installed by Declarant <br />and maintained until Declarant no longer owns any buildable Lots. <br />ARTICLE XX, <br />INSURANCE. <br />Section 1. Required Coverage, The Association shall obtain and maintain <br />a policy or policies of insurance in accordance with the requirements set forth herein, <br />issued by a reputable insurance company or companies authorized to do business in <br />the State of Minnesota, as follows: <br />(a) Property insurance in broad form covering all risks of physical loss in an <br />amount equal to one hundred percent (100 %) of the insurable <br />"replacement cost" on the Common Area, less deductibles, exclusive of <br />land, footings, excavation and other items normally excluded from <br />22 <br />- 2 2 - <br />
