Hanson <br />As part of the assessment process, the Council must declare the cost of improvements to <br />be assessed and order the preparation of the assessment rolls. Attached are the necessary <br />resolutions. You will note that some of the figures are blank. The City Engineer will be <br />finalizing these numbers, and they will be available for Wednesday's meeting. <br />It should be noted that the assessment amounts for individual properties will be at the <br />City's 2005 cap. This includes the County Road D water main project given the fact that <br />this improvement is being assessed in 2005. <br />
