Hanson <br />Gervais Mill Park and Nadeau Park are currently zoned Single - Family Residential (R -1). <br />The Park Commission discussed this at their last meeting (minutes attached), and it is <br />their recommendation that these parks be rezoned to Public (P) to reflect the nature of the <br />use of this property. <br />If the Council concurs with the Commission, a Public Hearing should be called to <br />consider the rezoning of these properties. The matter would be scheduled for the <br />Planning Commission's October 13th meeting, and the public hearing would be held at <br />the Council's October 20h meeting. <br />
