East
Little Canada, MN 55117
Re: Valiance in zoning restrictions
To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to request a variance in our zoning restrictions with regard to
'displaying merchandise on our property.
Joe's Sporting Goods (the building and the grounds) is entirely visible to the,
public. We have no area for storage, no yard that is usable for storage. We also have
merchandise that would be impossible to sell without being properly displayed.. We sell
water trampolines, which range from 13 -25 feet which are too large to bring into our
store as well as canoes, kayaks and self supporting tree- stands. All of which are too Large
to be displayed in our store. •
We need to have adequate displays of these items to be able to sell them, and the •
restrictions that we are facing are making it.almost impossible to do so. We are asking •
that an exception be made.
I have enclosed pictures to show the types of merchandise that we would need to
display, and hope that they are helpful. I appreciate your consideration of this matter.
Sincerely,
Joe Rauscher,
Owner
Joe's Sporting Goods — Ski Shop Inc.
Si E 1unnu! :ZWB(1
}lug ua >Cd &4is •- S d Imp.
