We are in receipt of the Notice of Public Hearing regarding the 15 unit town office
development to be located at 2962 and 2968 Rice Street, Little Canada. I write only to express concern that the
City of Little Canada make certain that the project includes adequate parking. The existing 3 buildings located
on the southeast corner of Rice Street and South Owasso Boulevard do not have adequate parking, as we find
that people from these office buildings park in the Azure Properties parking lot. We ask that the City make
certain that this new project has substantially more parking than the existing project.
Thank you for your consideration. Please call if I can answer any questions regarding this matter.
Since
0
Thomas M. Schuette
On behalf of Azure Properties
TMS /kl
