Officer Ms. Jessica Jagoe <br />City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />The purpose of this evening's workshop meeting is to review proposed <br />R-1 Zoning District changes, I-1 Zoning District Changes, and the <br />timeline for Comprehensive Plan Update. <br />R-1 The City Planner began a detail review of the proposed changes to the <br />ZONING R-1 Zoning District. He noted the proposed limitation of 35% maximum <br />DISTRICT lot coverage in impervious surface, as well as reviewed the language <br />allowing that threshold to be exceed by Administrative Permit approved <br />by the City Engineer subject to mitigation requirements. The Planner also <br />noted the recommendations of the City Engineer relative to excess <br />impervious surface mitigation which he will incorporate into the ordinance <br />amendment. <br />
