SICK LEAVE /SEVERANCE PAY SURVEY <br />Shoreview City has personal leave rather than vacation and sick leave. <br />Personal leave hours are paid off at 100% upon termination. <br />Shorewood 1/2 of unused sick leave for the number of hours in excess of 100 days. <br />Spring Lake P. After 5 years of service, 1/2 of unused sick leave to 360 hour max. <br />Vadnais Hgts. Less than 5 yrs. of service: 20% of unused sick leave to 200 hour max. <br />5 to 10 years: 33.33% of unused sick leave to 200 hour max. <br />Over 10 years: 50% of unused sick leave to 200 hour max, <br />WBL After 10 years of service, 1/2 of unused sick leave to 400 hour max. <br />WBT <br />City has flex leave rather than vacation and sick leave. <br />Severance pay for employees is as follows: <br />100% of unused flex leave to 680 max. <br />*Maplewood - Current employees can convert 2 hours sick leave for 1 hour vacation annually i <br />above 800 hours of accumulated sick leave. <br />* *Robbinsdale - Current employees are paid 50% of sick leave hours accrued over 960 hours t <br />* **WBT - Current employees are paid cash or conversion to deferred comp. for flex time over <br />3 -Dec <br />Page 2 <br />
