To date the Contractor has earned <br />$1,142,956.76. Subtracting previous payments of $1,042,911.49 and retainage of $57,147.84 <br />the amount due the Contractor is $42,897.43. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for placement of the bituminous wear course on Middle <br />Street, Twin Lake Road, and Twin Lake Trail.
