The materials were not received until Friday morning, so staff has not had a chance to do a thorough review of this information. The materials attached are as follows: • RF Data Spreadsheet • Antenna Information/Specifications • Cingular Linking Towers Map • Cingular Linking Towers Data • Little Canada Tower Inventory Map • Little Canada Tower Inventory Data • Road Map — Route Used for Inventory • Proposed Site and Alternate Towers Data • Donovan Tower Photo • Letter from T- Mobile on Donovan Tower (Tower at Full Capacity) • Ramsey County Tower Photo Sheet • Qwest Tower Photo Sheet (no photos provided) • Proposed CUP Language to Protect Water Tower Site • 3 Party Analysis from Owl Engineering • Coverage Map with Proposed Spruce Street Tower but without Water Tower An engineering letter from Cingular has not been provided as required by our ordinance. Also, the third party analysis performed by Owl Engineering was done at the request of Cingular, not City Staff. We did not secure a third party consultant as no information had been submitted for us to review until August 5111. Owl Engineering did attempt to contact us about serving in the third party capacity, but ( did not return the call due to the lack of information I had for them (or anyone else) to review. Lastly, the projections done at the Donovan site were at a Height lower than we requested (90 feet versus 120 feet). i do not know how the chosen height was arrived at. However, (his may be moot given the letter from T- Mobile. - 1 -
