Hanson <br />Attached is an agreement required by Magellan Pipeline to allow our path along Demont Avenue <br />to encroach on their pipeline easement. It should be noted that their easement existed prior to <br />our right -of -way. One concern staff has with this agreement is the insurance provisions. The <br />limits asked for exceed what we have available to us through the League of Minnesota Cities <br />Insurance Trust. We will explore any options to reduce that requirement. <br />Subject to resolution of the insurance issue and any comments by the City Attomey, staff <br />recommends adoption of this agreement. <br />
