Excavation Plan Approval Owner shall submit to <br />Magellan for its approval plans for any proposed <br />excavation on the Magellan Easement Tract. No <br />excavation on Magellan's Easement Tract shall be <br />commenced until Owner has secured Magellan's written <br />approval of the plans. The excavation work shall be in <br />compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. <br />Owner is also referred to the Common GroundA11iance <br />Best Practices (referenced in this document). <br />4. Magellan Representative On-Site for Excavation. <br />A Magellan representative must be on-site when an <br />excavation is occurring on Magellan's Easement Tract <br />(see provision "1" under "A General' beginning on <br />page 1). <br />5. Removal of Side- Cutting Teeth from Equipment <br />Side - cutting teeth shall be removed from buckets of <br />excavating equipment <br />6. Parallel Exovating Required When, in preparation <br />for crossing any Magellan pipeline with any other <br />pipeline or withelectric line, communication line, <br />roadway or any other structure or facility, Owner needs <br />to locate a Magellan pipeline by use of mechanical <br />cans. Owner must perfomu such locating activity by <br />:cavating parallel to the Magellan pipeline with such <br />mechanicalmeans, but <br />shalt cease using the mechanical means when it reaches a point within two feet a <br />the Magellan pipeline (see next provision). <br />7.
