Hanson <br />As requested, I have put together a report of businesses in Little Canada with a combination of <br />three or more signs. <br />Signs are in compliance with city codes: <br />US Bank, 2850 Rice Street — frontage on two streets. <br />Goodyear, 2600 Rice Street — multi- tenant building conditional use permit approved. <br />Arby's, 2300 Rice Street — frontage on two streets. <br />Bally's, 71 Minnesota Avenue — previous frontage on two streets (when Aldi Foods was built, <br />created outlot to allow for existence of pylon and maintain frontage on two streets). <br />Snyder's, 2920 Rice Street — comprehensive sign plan approved. <br />Taste of Scandinavia, 2900 Rice Street — comprehensive sign plan approved. <br />Anderson Cleaners, 2760 Lakeshore Avenue — multi- tenant building conditional use peunit <br />approved. <br />Signs are not in compliance with city codes: <br />Rice @. C Center, 2654 Rice Street — frontage on two streets.
