City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 920 AND 915 OF THE LITTLE CANADA <br />CITY CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR <br />ALLOWABLE PUBLIC USES IN THE PUBLIC AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />ZONING DISTRICTS. <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 920.020.A. is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />A. Public regulated utility buildings, utility cabinets or <br />infrastructure, and /or similar structures which are <br />necessary for the health, safety, and general welfare of <br />the community. <br />Section 2. <br />Section 920.020 is hereby amended to add the following: <br />E. City Halls and other City of Little Canada government <br />buildings including fire halls, public works buildings <br />and similar structures. <br />Section 3. <br />Section 920.040 is hereby amended to add the following: <br />C. County government buildings, provided that: <br />1. The property has direct access to a Collector or <br />Arterial Street. <br />2. The use meets all zoning regulations, including <br />environmental zoning standards. <br />3. No outdoor storage of materials, equipment, or trucks <br />is permitted. <br />4. Emergency vehicle access to the public street is <br />controlled by traffic signal. <br />5. Wireless communications antennae and towers shall be <br />subject to the regulations applicable to Residential <br />Districts. <br />D. Other local or regional government buildings, provided <br />that: <br />1. The use meets all zoning regulations, including <br />environmental zoning standards. <br />
