RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br />CALLING FOR HEARING ON COUNTY ROAD D AND EDGETON STREET <br />WHEREAS, <br />A feasibility report has been prepared by the Public Works Director with reference to the <br />improvement of County Road D from Edgerton Street approximately 875 feet to the west <br />by water main construction, and the improvement of Edgerton Street for a distance of <br />approximately 300 feet south of County Road D by road reconstruction and concrete curb <br />and gutter, and this report was received by the Council on May 11, 2004, and <br />WHEREAS, <br />The report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, <br />cost - effective, and feasible. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of County Road D in accordance with <br />the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of <br />$164,410.17. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of <br />June, 2004, in the Council Chambers of the City Center at 7:30 P.M. and the City <br />Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this 11th day of May, 2004. <br />Joel R.
