MINUTES <br />PRELIMINARY <br />& FINAL PLAT, <br />PUD, AND <br />ARCHITECTURAL <br />REVIEW — <br />LITTLE CANADA <br />OFFICE <br />CONDOMINIUMS <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />FEBRUARY 12, 2004 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of <br />February, 2004 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll <br />call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Gary Rheaume <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />ABSENT: Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Ms. Kathy Weihe <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin, Cable TV Prod. <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />The January 8, 2004 Planning Commission minutes were approved as <br />submitted. <br />Erin Mathern, Mendota Homes, appeared before the Commission to <br />review the application of Mendota Homes for approval of a Preliminary <br />and Final Plat, Development Stage and Final Stage PUD, and <br />Architectural Review for a 14 -unit office condominium project on <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Market Place 3 "i Addition. Mathern reported that at <br />the direction of the Planning Commission last month, they reviewed <br />options for placement of one of the condominium buildings. They have <br />also prepared additional diagrams showing the architectural elements that <br />are proposed for the two buildings. <br />Mathern reviewed the architectural elements of the two prairie -style <br />buildings proposed. She noted that the exteriors will be finished with <br />stucco and brick. Signage is proposed adjacent to each of the town office <br />doors and a corner sign is proposed at Market Place Drive and Middle <br />
