MINUTES PRELIMINARY & FINAL PLAT, PUD, AND ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW — LITTLE CANADA OFFICE CONDOMINIUMS MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING PLANNING COMMISSION LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA FEBRUARY 12, 2004 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of February, 2004 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Chair John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. John Keis Mr. Scott Barraclough Mr. Tom Duray Mr. Gary Rheaume Mr. Tom Wojcik ABSENT: Mr. Dan Knudsen Ms. Kathy Weihe ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner Mr. Jeremy Brodin, Cable TV Prod. Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk The January 8, 2004 Planning Commission minutes were approved as submitted. Erin Mathern, Mendota Homes, appeared before the Commission to review the application of Mendota Homes for approval of a Preliminary and Final Plat, Development Stage and Final Stage PUD, and Architectural Review for a 14 -unit office condominium project on Lot 1, Block 1, Market Place 3 "i Addition. Mathern reported that at the direction of the Planning Commission last month, they reviewed options for placement of one of the condominium buildings. They have also prepared additional diagrams showing the architectural elements that are proposed for the two buildings. Mathern reviewed the architectural elements of the two prairie -style buildings proposed. She noted that the exteriors will be finished with stucco and brick. Signage is proposed adjacent to each of the town office doors and a corner sign is proposed at Market Place Drive and Middle
