Owasso Blvd.
Little Canada, NLN 55117
RE: CUP Compliance
Dear Mr. Groholski:
I visited your site on Friday, January 2, 2004 and noted the following violations:
MAYOR
Michael 1. Fahey
COUNCIL
Jim LaValle
Matt Anderson
Rick Montour
Bill Blesener
ADMINISTRATOR
Joel R. Hanson
■ Construction of an alternative heat source as an accessory building without peunits.
In addition to constructing without permits, your conditional use permit site plan does
not reflect this structure.
■ Installed fuel tanks without having them depicted on the conditional use peunit site
plan. Note: A building permit was issued for the fuel tanks, but the site plan needs to
be revised.
■ Outdoor storage of equipment and wood debris far exceeds what was approved by
your conditional use permit. You were only allowed up to 3,750 square feet of
outdoor storage, immediately south of the building. Items are present over much of
your site in undesignated areas. Outdoor storage must be immediately corrected
to comply with the site plan.
• The area designated for outdoor storage is also not screened or paved in compliance
with the current conditional use peunit. You will need to have this completed by
June 1, 2004.
To correct the above violations you will need to contact city offices immediately to schedule an
appointment to meet with the City Planner to amend your current conditional use permit. Note:
By applying to amend your current CUP to allow for the accessory structure or fuel tanks, does
nor guarantee that they will be approved. The City Planner is raking appointments the afternoon
of Tuesday, January 20, 2004. For this meeting you should bring in revised site plan showing
the alternative hear source, fuel tanks, and designated outdoor storage area.
