MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 25, 2004 <br />AMENDMENT <br />TO <br />SUBDIVISION <br />CODE <br />There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Fahey, seconded by LaValle, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-2-31 — TABLING ACTION ON THE <br />PROPERTY DIVISION AND VACATION AS REQUESTED BY THE <br />MACKIN FAMILY UNTIL THE MARCH 24, 2004 COUNCIL <br />MEETING PENDING A REPORT FROM CITY STAFF ON THE <br />CONSERVATION ISSUES DISCUSSED TIIISEV.ENING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (3) LaValle, Anderson, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider an Amendment to <br />the Subdivision Code to address requirements relative to Preliminary and <br />Final Plat approvals. It was noted that the Planning Commission has <br />recommended approval of the proposed amendment. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by LaVatle, seconded by Anderson, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr..LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004 -2 -32 — APPROVING AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING CHAPTERS 1001 AND .1004 OF THE LITTLE CANADA <br />CITY CODE, KNOWN AS THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE, BY <br />PROVIDING FOR STANDARDS RELATING TO THE APPROVAL, <br />MODIFICATION, AND DENIAL OF PROPOSED PRELIMINARY <br />AND FINAL PLATS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Anderson. <br />Ayes (3) LaValle, Anderson, Fahey. <br />Nays (0).
