301.080. Performance Bond for Exterior Improvements. In a case where screening, <br />landscaping or other exterior improvements to property other than the principal building itself <br />are required by ordinances, plans and specification as approved for a building, other use of the <br />property, or by appropriate Council resolution, a performance bond shall be required as a <br />condition precedent to the issuance of the building permit. The amount of such bond shall be at <br />least equal to, and shall not exceed twice the amount of the cost of such required improvements, <br />as estimated by the Building Official, with the exact percentage to be set by the City Council. <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced from and after its passage and <br />publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of Little Canada this <br />ATTEST: <br />fix; - <br />Joel R.
