Fri., Sat., Sun. and Holidays $75 $125 $150 $165 $75.00 for Friday and Saturday rentals of three (3) hours or less concluding prior to 12 Noon and Sunday rentals of three (3) hours or less concluding prior to 11 a.m. (For Saturday and Sunday rentals qualifying under this section, the renter is responsible for clean -up prior to their use.) $75.00 for all other rentals. The majority of rentals for special events have been on weekends and for durations of more than six hours. Consecutive weekend day rentals put additional demands on maintenance coordination between events lasting longer than six hours. The extra rental fee for that amount of time will either encourage renters to restrict their event to six hours or will generate an extra $25 (in most cases) to offset the additional maintenance needs. If the revised rental fees are adopted, any upcoming rentals with rental agreements already in place would be charged the old rate.
