920. "P ", PUBLIC:SEMI- PUBLIC DISTRICT <br />920.010. PURPOSE. The purpose of the "P ", Public/Semi-Public District is to ensure City <br />control over those lands now used publicly or semi- publicly, by establishing City review procedures <br />in the event of change in land use or activity. <br />920.020. PERMITTED USES. <br />A. Public regulated utility buildings and structures necessary for the health, safety and <br />general welfare of the community. <br />Parks. <br />C. Public or semi - public recreational buildings and neighborhood or community centers; <br />public and private educational institutions limited to elementary, junior high and <br />senior high schools; and religious institutions such as churches, chapels, temples and <br />synagogues. <br />D. Cemeteries. <br />920.030. PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES. <br />A. Operation and storage of such vehicles, equipment and machinery which are <br />incidental to pet witted or conditional uses allowed in this district. <br />B. Living quarters of persons employed on the premises. <br />C. Recreational vehicles and equipment. <br />D. Non - commercial greenhouses and conservatories. <br />E. Swimming pool, tennis courts and other recreational facilities. <br />F. Tool houses, sheds and similar buildings for storage of domestic supplies and non- <br />commercial recreational equipment. <br />G. Private garages, parking spaces and car ports for licensed and operable passenger cars <br />and trucks. <br />H. Public pedestrian trails (as defined by Section 902 of this Ordinance) but not public <br />parks. <br />920 -1 <br />5 <br />
