MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 8, 2004 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of'the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of <br />January, 2004 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Vice Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll <br />call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Gary Rheaume <br />Mr. Tom Wojcik <br />Ms. Kathy Weihe <br />ABSENT: Mr. John Keis <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Jeremy Brodin, Cable TV Prod. <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />MINUTES The December 11, 2003 Planning Commission minutes were approved as <br />submitted. <br />WELCOME On behalf of the entire Commission, Dan Knudsen welcomed Gary <br />TO NEW Rheaume as a member of the Planning Commission. Knudsen also <br />MEMBER thanked outgoing member Tom Roycraft for his contributions to the <br />Commission. <br />ELECTION <br />OF <br />OFFICERS <br />It was the consensus of the Commission to hold the election of officers <br />at its February meeting when Chair John Keis would be present. <br />CUP FOR Colette Jurek, Xcel Energy, appeared before the Commission requesting <br />ACCESSORY approval of a Conditional Use Permit allowing temporary accessory <br />OUTDOOR outdoor storage of vegetation management vehicles at the Xcel substation <br />STORAGE — located at 3064 Rice Street. Jurek reported the need for this storage is <br />3064 ,RICE temporary and usually would involve four or five months each year. <br />STREET — <br />
