Hanson <br />www. ei.littie- canada. mn. us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Fahey & Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Greg Schroeder, Public Works Director <br />DATE: January 8, 2004 <br />RE: Little Canada Road Paving and Amenities <br />Partial Pay Estimate No. 5 (Final) <br />I have reviewed the Little Canada Road Paving and Amenities Project Pay Estimate No. 5 (Final) <br />for Sunram Construction, Inc. This pay estimate includes work for monument and sod <br />installation, punch list work, and final adjustment of the quantities. The City Engineer has <br />inspected the work performed by Sunram Construction, Inc. and finds it to be in compliance with <br />the plans, specifications, and contract documents. <br />The original contract amount for this project is $229,293.08. Change Orders #1 and #2 plus <br />other adjustments to the quantities (increase in concrete sidewalk, paver sidewalk, sod) increased <br />the contract amount $19,724.86 to $249,017.94.
