<br />The following is a sample fee schedule that cities may use as a guide in setting local building
<br />permit fees. The sample fee schedule was developed using the 1997 Universal Building Code
<br />(UBC) fee schedule as a base and applying a Consumer Price Index (CPI) adjustment.
