The <br />duties and responsibilities of a Commission member have been discussed with her, and Molly feels <br />she will be no problem meeting these expectations. <br />In discussing the fact that there is only one applicant for this vacancy and given our acquaintance <br />with Molly, the Commission Chair and I felt it was appropriate to forego the interview process. <br />
