The applicant is also seeking approval of a subdivision and lot <br />combination to incorporate the purchase of a 25 foot wide strip of railroad right -of -way <br />along the south boundary of the project. The purchase appears to be primarily to <br />accommodate buffer and drainage issues, and does not appear to affect the proposed <br />use of the site. <br />Summary and Recommendation <br />Planning staff recommends approval of the both the PUD Amendment and the <br />subdivision. The changes appear to be consistent with the goals of the original PUD <br />approval, and reflect the final development of the site.
