Hanson <br />Attached are the renewal listings for 2004 Liquor and Tobacco Licenses. Renewal applications have <br />been submitted; however, there are some Certificates of Liquor Liability Insurance still pending. <br />Sheriff's Department background checks are also pending. <br />Liquor and Tobacco Compliance checks conducted in 2003 and 2004 have been satisfactory, except <br />for one violation at the Oasis Market in March of 2003. That violation has been addressed as <br />required under the City's ordinance. <br />City staff recommends approval of these license renewals pending receipt of the appropriate Liquor <br />Liability Insurance as well as satisfactory Sheriff's background checks. <br />
