It will remain class 5 surfacing las <br />original CUP allowed. <br />The current outdoor storage area for repairable vehicles and vehicles bein4 <br />used for repair will remain as is but increasing the allowable number from <br />twenty to sixty. Partially assembled vehicles will be neatly and securely <br />covered with tarps until such time as vehicle can be scrapped. <br />An outdoor recycling/disposal area will be designated adjacent to the south <br />wall of the building. There would be up to four separate storage "closets "j <br />assembled using permanent fencing materials and pre -fab wooden panels <br />with hinged swinging panels that would allow manual access or forklift <br />access for heavier items. The height would not exceed 7 feet and would <br />serve the dual purpose of being weather resistant to a certain degree and <br />most importantly, hidden from public view.
