MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 23, 2004 <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />Fahey stated that he would support a 60 -day extension, and if compliance <br />is not achieved, Valor will lose its license. <br />The City Administrator asked if the State would cancel Valor license, if <br />the City does not renew its license. The City Attorney did not think so. <br />The Council noted that Valor will have to achieve compliance with its <br />original site play by August 23 "r. If compliance is not achieved, the <br />Council will act to not renew the license at its August 25`x' meeting. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTTON NO. 2004 -6-.734 — EXTENDING THE VALOR AUTO <br />RETAIL SALES AND AUTO REPAIR LICENSES FOR 60 -DAYS <br />(THROUGH AUGUST 23, 2004) SUI3JECT TO VALOR <br />ENTERPRISES ACHIEVING COMPLETE COMPLIANCE WITH <br />THE APPROVED SITE PLAN FOR THEIR SITE AND IF <br />COMPLIANCE IS NOT ACHIEVED, THESE LICENSES WILL NOT <br />BE RENEWED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Fahey, Montour, Anderson. <br />Nays (l) LaValle. Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTTONNO. 2004-6-135 DECLARING THAT THE <br />EXTENSION OF THE VALOR AUTO RETAIL SALES AND AUTO <br />REPAIR LICENSES FOR 60 DAYS IS IN NO WA YA <br />COMMITMENT TO THE FUTURE ISSUANCE OFA NEW OR <br />RENEWAL LICENSE FOR VALOR ENTERPRISES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Fahey, LaValle, Anderson, Montour. <br />Nays (0).
