To accommodate the proposal, approval of a conditional use permit to allow <br />more than one garage structure (attached or detached) on the property is necessary. <br />It is the intention of the applicants to use the proposed building primarily for storage and <br />associated restoration of their "classic" automobiles. <br />Presently, an attached 828 square foot garage represents the only existing accessory <br />storage space on the property. <br />The subject property is zoned R -1, Single Family Residential. <br />Attached for reference: <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />Exhibit B - Site Plan <br />Exhibit C - Garage Floor Plan <br />ISSUES ANALYSIS <br />CUP Evaluation Criteria.
