MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />July 8, 2004 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the Stl day of <br />July, 2004 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair John Reis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll <br />call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Gary Rheaurne <br />Ms. Kathy Weihe <br />Mr. Torn Wojcik <br />ABSENT: Mr. Scott Barraciough <br />Mr. Dan Knudson <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Brandon Rickert, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Deputy Clerk <br />MINUTES The June 10, 2004 Planning Commission minutes were approved as <br />submitted. <br />CUP FOR Mr. Kurt Adelmann appeared before the Commission requesting <br />SECOND approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow a second garage on his <br />GARAGE — property at 315 Savage Lane. Adelmann reported that he needs the <br />315 SAVAGE second garage for the storage of a boat, snowmobiles, lawn furniture, <br />LANE — and personal effects. <br />ADELMANN <br />RESMIONSIKIMMOMMIS <br />Keis noted that access to the proposed garage will be challenging. Duray <br />asked if there would be a driveway accessing the garage. Adelmann <br />indicated that he plans to trim back some of the shrubbery to provide for a <br />clear access. Ike indicated that he was not sure he would need a driveway <br />to access the garage noting that the largest piece of property to be stored in <br />the garage would be an aluminum boat. <br />
