CONSENT AND JOINDER TO AMENDMENT TO <br />EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />Glaser Financial Group, Inc., a Minnesota corporation ( "Lender "), as mortgagee under <br />the Mortgage dated as of January 1, 2003 (the "Mortgage ") given by The Lodge at Little Canada <br />LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ( "Borrower ") in favor of Lender, and recorded <br />January 23, 2003, in the Office of County Recorder of Ramsey County as Document No. <br />3579423, and the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development ( "HUD ") under the Regulatory <br />Agreement dated as of January 1, 2003 (the "Regulatory Agreement "), executed by and between <br />Borrower and HUD, and recorded January 23, 2003 in the Office of County Recorder of Ramsey <br />County as Document No. 3579424, covering the real property described as follows (the <br />"Property "): <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Village Square, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />which Property is affected by the Amendment to Easement Agreement to which this Consent is <br />attached, do hereby consent to the Amendment to Easement Agreement and agree to subordinate <br />the Mortgage and the Regulatory Agreement to same. <br />GLASER FINANCIAL GROUP, INC., <br />a Minnesota corporation <br />■ <br />Kenneth A.
